Known to friends and family as Ritchie, was born on August 9, 1921 and died on March 3rd at the age of 86. WW II Navy Medic.

Devoted husband, loving dad and grandfather. Respected teacher for 30 years. He was a star athlete in high school and college and maintained a lifelong love of all sports. In retirement, he and his wife of 65 years, Rita, loved travel, bridge, biking and dancing.

Ritchie will be forever loved and cherished by his friends, colleagues and most of all by his family: wife, Rita; children, Jeanne, Cathy, Bob and Jon; grandchildren, Jilly, Colin, Cory, Rosie and Jacob; and new light of the family, great-grandson, Josh.
